Does your office look this good? Perhaps you could contact a local artist in your hometown to see if they could help. They might even have suggestions about the type of work they could create to spruce up the place.
Art can be just the thing that takes you out of a “mental funk” and into a feeling of productivity, ease, happiness, tolerance, inspiration, forgiveness, determination, and so many other more positive ways of processing your daily experience.
Do you know an artist personally? Support them by attending their shows, displaying their work in public venues, commissioning work to help them pay for their business expenses, donate artists supplies, or simply share a post they created on social media. The hope is that struggling artists may one day profit from their effort and be able to supply more of their work to the world. Art is a rich demonstration of what it is to be human, and it speaks louder than money when left for the generations that follow.
